- DUMP CYLINDER & VALVE RECONDITIONING & EXCHANGE PROGRAM:
JK-CO offers a rapid turn-a-round service and an exchange program on
“Difco-style” dump cylinders and valves.
- AIR DUMP & AUTOMATED BALLAST CAR PART SALES:
JK-CO has many air dump car and auto-ballast car parts at our facility in
Findlay, OH. We have new & used car parts plus “the hard to find” air
dump car parts.
- RAPID DISCHARGE CYLINDER RECONDITIONING & PART SALES:
JK-CO offers a rapid turn-a-round service on Rapid Discharge Cylinders
and repair kits.
- HEAVY DUTY FLAT CAR REPAIR:
JK-CO offers rebuilding and re-cambering of your heavy duty flat cars
and a preventative maintenance program custom designed for your
needs.
- MOBILE REPAIR IN UNITED STATES:
JK-CO’s mobile repair resources have the capability to come to “YOU” for
inspection and repairs.
- ON-SITE INSPECTIONS:
JK-CO will also come to your shop or rail-site to inspect or evaluate your
specific needs. Whatever you’re needs are, we will provide a written
estimate on repairs necessary or evaluate the condition status of your
train.
- GENERAL REPAIRS:
JK-CO will repair your cars to AAR & manufacture’s specifications. We are
able to do general repairs or heavy repairs from shoe change out to side
sheets, walkway, hatches, gates, doors or any railcar needs that you may
have!
- R & R AIR BRAKES:
- JK-CO will test your air brakes using the single car test device and repair
your air brakes as required.
- WRECK REPAIRS:
- JK-CO will come to your site for inspection and estimate your repair
requirements. Cars requiring major repairs, would necessitate the car to
be repaired at our repair tracks in Toledo, Ohio. Before any repair work
commences, proper approval in writing must be received in our Findlay,
Ohio office. JK-CO has repaired cars for CSX & Norfolk Southern.
- STENCILING:
- JK-CO is proficient in stenciling car numbers and reporting marks,
program replacement & new AEI tags for new railcar ownership.
